Steps
- Collect enough responses. Share your survey link and let responses accumulate. Even a few dozen responses are enough for a useful first report.
- Open the AI report. In the survey's AI Report tab, generate a report. Inquira reads all responses and analyzes patterns per question and across the survey.
- Read the executive summary and metrics. Start with the executive summary and key metrics for the headline story, then drill into per-question insights for detail.
- Act on the recommendations. The report ends with prioritized action recommendations — concrete next steps rather than raw numbers.
- Share the report. Share a report link with stakeholders so they see the same conclusions without logging in.
